SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Domestic orders:

Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped with USPS. Standard shipping is $6.00 USPS First Class with tracking.

GemshowToGo is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered by the post office and your package has not been received you may then make a claim with USPS.

If tracking does not show delivered we will work with the USPS to locate your package. In the event that we are unable to locate the package we will first try to replace your order or, if that isn't possible, we will issue a refund. 

If you are returning an item over $50 you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

International orders:

Orders are processed within 2 business days and takes 4-8 business days to arrive at Customs.

Customs fees or taxes are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of GemshowToGo.

Customs fees and taxes will vary. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in GemshowToGo being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.
